오프닝 프로젝트(정재연, 구보배, 김소철, 김지연, 이철호)
<오프닝>은 아르코 퍼블릭아트 오픈콜에 당선된 공공미술 프로젝트이다. 작업은 아르코미술관의 뒷 담벼락을 허물어 새로운 통로를 만드는 프로젝트로, 과거 미술관 건립 당시 설계안에 포함되지 않았던 담벼락의 배경을 현재에 재조명하는 것이며, 마로니에 공원과 미술관을 잇는 새로운 공공영역을 만드는 것이다. 통로는 2013년 9월28일부터 60일간 개방되었으나, 현재 미술관측의 요청으로 담벼락으로 다시 막혔다. 

Opening Project (Jaeyeon Chung, Bobae Goo, Socheol Kim, Charo Lee)
 is a public art project that won at the Arko Public Art Open Call. The project involved the process of demolishing the backyard fence of Arko Art Center and making a new passage, shedding a new light on the background of the fence that wasn't included in the art center's design and providing a new public space that connects Marronnier Park and the building. The passage was open for 60 days starting on September 28, 2013, but then closed again at the request of the art center.
